Frank has served as the President and CEO of QLER since 2019.

He comes to our organization from a broad healthcare background that includes hospital leadership, healthcare strategy consulting, and executive leadership at some of America’s great healthcare companies.

He focuses on our culture, our strategy, and picking other great leaders to help us grow QLER.

When not working you can find Frank in the mountains, often with his family, skiing, mountain biking, and hiking.

Greg Renck, MD
Chief Physician Officer

Dr. Renck is the original founder and president of the QLER PMG and part of the QLER leadership team since 2017.

His background includes working in one of America’s busiest EDs for over a decade as well as having a psychodynamicly oriented private practice as a child/adult psychiatrist. He is still clinically active in a variety of QLER’s service lines as well as his administrative duties for QLER and the PMG.

His focus is having the most satisfying work experience for the physician team and building a culture of excellence and cooperation. He is also interested in using technology to provide the best care for patients.

When not working you can find him playing golf, spending time with family, or cheering for his Alma Mater, the University of Illinois, Go Illini!

Dwayne Narayan, MD
Chief Quality Officer

Dr. Narayan started with QLER in 2016 as a member of our physician team, and later Chief Medical Informatics Officer and Chief Clinical Officer, before taking on his role of Chief Quality Officer.

Prior to that he was the managing partner for a large behavioral health practice. He has a broad array of over 20 years of experience in patient care, regulatory/compliance issues, quality control, payer contracting, practice innovation, and physician leadership.

Ever present is his goal of improving access to high-quality psychiatric services throughout the country. Of particular note is the confidence he has in the focus and ethical standards of the QLER Team.

Outside of work, you will find him on the ski slopes, in the pottery shop, or in the berry patch.

John Kohlmeir
Chief Financial Officer

John comes to QLER with twenty years of experience at Accenture and Huron in M&A, fundraising, and building high-performing internal operations teams in high-growth areas.

With functional expertise in areas including Finance, Accounting, Contracting, and Technology, has the depth and breadth of experience to build a nimble, efficient infrastructure to match our high growth mode.

Bill Cahoon
Chief Growth Officer

Bill has served in leadership roles with QLER since its founding in 2017.

Bill’s experience in healthcare and client service was built from a 20-year career at consulting firms Accenture and Huron Healthcare prior to joining QLER.

He focuses on growing QLER by expanding our reach and access to patients across the country as well as customizing and optimizing client relationships.

Outside of the office, Bill can be found on the golf course or with his family enjoying the outdoors.

Shashin Patel
Vice President of Operations

Shashin is VP of Operations at QLER. His teams are responsible for supporting QLER physicians and customers, data analytics, managing and scaling 24/7 operations, and improving efficiency.

Shashin joined QLER in 2019. Before his current role, Shashin supported QLER’s rapid growth by leading implementation, partner success, technology, and finance activities.

A technology industry veteran, Shashin has over 24 years of international experience ranging from marketing, sales, new market development, government affairs and engineering. Prior to joining QLER, he was managing product lines with annual global sales of over $500 million.

Shashin earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Cornell University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and has two US patents.

When not working, you can find Shashin traveling with his family or relaxing at the North Carolina beaches.

Michael J. Collins
Vice President, Clinical & Human Resources

Mike has served as the VP of Human and Clinical Resources since 2021.

He brings with him over 15 years of vast healthcare industry operational and management experience where he worked at the largest publicly traded physician staffing company as well as at the largest privately held physician staffing company in the country.

His responsibilities at QLER include Human Resources which allows him to focus on our people, whom he calls “our most important assets”, as well as the recruiting and contracting of our physicians, retention and heading our licensing, credentialing and compliance departments at QLER.

When not working you can find Mike spending time with his wife and 7 adult children. He finds relaxation in working in the yard, going to the gym, and planning his next beach get-away.

Clayton Ramsey
Vice President of Technology

Clayton joined the QLER team in 2022 as VP of Technology.

He brings more than 20+ years in working with healthcare organizations in the evaluation, identification, and implementation of technology to support and enhance clinical and operational needs.

Clayton has extensive experience in the areas of clinical and operational process/workflow analysis and design, process improvement, technology integration, and project management.

He focuses on QLER’s technology strategy to ensure the organization is positioned for continued growth.

Pam Hagley
Director of Quality and Acceditation

Pam has served as Director of Quality and Accreditation for QLER since 2019.

She comes to our organization with years of healthcare experience both in nursing leadership as well as hospital administration.

Prior to joining QLER, her focus was assisting healthcare organizations meet accreditation standards, policy development, and operational improvement.

Her favorite pass times include working in her garden, classic movies, and traveling to spend time with family.

Brian Forrest
Director of Partner Success

Brian has been Director of Partner Success at QLER since 2021.

Prior to QLER, his background was in healthcare consulting, helping hospital systems maximize return on their EHR investments.

At QLER, Brian is an advocate for our partners, with responsibilities ranging from implementing QLER’s Telepsychiatry service to working closely with hospital leaders to improve outcomes and ensure long-term success.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his family and getting outside to swim, grill, and play basketball.

Rick Linder
Vice President of Partnership Development

Rick has served as the Vice President of Partnership Development since 2017.

He has enjoyed a long-term career in healthcare devices, technology, and services. He has served as a sales executive and leader in various companies creating dramatic account growth over many years.

Rick created the VP of Partnership Development role at QLER and the successful prototype of the position.

Rick is involved in his church, enjoys all sports, and anything that involves his wonderful family.

Monty Hukill

He comes to our organization with a successful background working with high growth and early-stage healthcare device, technology, and service companies.

Monty has served in a variety of leadership and business development roles, creating, and executing strategies that have resulted in hyper product growth and widespread clinical benefits for patients and providers.

Monty enjoys the outdoors, time with his family, and always has several DIY projects on his list.

Karen has served as the Marketing Manager of QLER since 2021.

She comes to our organization with over 12 years of marketing experience, with over two-thirds of that dedicated to healthcare – from patient care facilities and healthcare staffing, to software and medical technology manufacturing. Karen is experienced in helping companies ranging from startups to large corporations build and manage their brand, and navigate the world of digital marketing, advertising, web management, events, and more.

At QLER she leads our marketing roadmap and is a collaborative member on the Growth Team, bridging the gap between marketing and sales. Karen also manages our digital presence, event participation, and gets the word out of all the good that we do!

When not working she loves traveling and is on a mission to explore every corner of the U.S.! Her love of technology is equally matched with her love of learning and working with her hands, so you can also find her immersed in a DIY project, coming up with her latest culinary creation, or buried in a book.

Brittni Southivong

She comes to our organization with over 9 years of HR experience from a Fortune 500 company to a medium startup company.

A fun fact is that her very first job was recruiting physicians across the country!

She is tasked with being our first dedicated HR professional and building the platform and processes to help us be the best place to work in America.

Vincent Mazzurco

Kathy Seward, MD

Kathy used her background as an MD and knowledge of hospital operations to spot the opportunity for telepsychiatry years ago, founded QLER, and guided it towards stability and its potential over the past 5 years.
